The short version

• We do not keep what you type or the answers you get. The text of your questions is not written to our logs.
• Your text is sent to a third-party AI model to produce the answer (details below). Do not include things you are not comfortable sending to an AI service.
• Only two things are kept on our server: a usage counter tied to your key or network address, and the "saved notes" you choose to save. You can delete the notes yourself in Settings.
• This is not therapy, and we are not a crisis service. If you are in danger, call 911.

What we collect and why

• Your key (a random code starting with af_, stored in your browser and on our server). It links your consultation balance and saved notes. It contains no personal information.
• Network address (IP). Used for rate limiting and to count free consultations so the free tier cannot be reset by clearing your browser. It appears in our usage counters and technical logs.
• Usage logs: time, which tool was used, how long the request took, and the size of the fields (character counts). Not the text itself.
• Saved notes, only if you press "Save notes". They are stored until you delete them, and are added to your questions so the advice has context.
• If you buy a pack: our payment processor handles your payment details; we receive your email and the order so we can send your key. We do not see your card number.

Where your text goes

To answer, we send your question, and any saved notes you included, to a third-party AI model provider. We currently use Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Beijing region) to run the model. We send only the text needed for the answer, not your key or your network address. The provider's own terms govern how it handles that text. We may change providers; when we do, this page will be updated.

Cookies and tracking

This page uses your browser's local storage to keep your key and your 18+ confirmation. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this page.

Your choices

• Delete saved notes: Settings → "Delete saved notes". This removes them from our server.
• Clear this device: clear the site data for this page in your browser; the conversation shown on screen is never stored on our server.
• Anything else (for example, a question about your key or an order): email alphalaycreator@gmail.com.
